Initiating, executing, monitoring, and supervision of new plants in client side, in the form of EPC projects at PGPIC, as the biggest petrochemical holding company in Iran, including 16 large petrochemical complexes, and a subsidiary of oil ministry.  

 

Involved in the following ongoing projects:

·  Hormoz Urea and Ammonia Plant, with the capacity of 726,000 Ton / Year Urea and 1,072,000 Ton/Year Amonia, and estimated cost  of $550 million.

·  Hengam Urea and Ammonia Plant, with the capacity of 726,000 Ton / Year Urea and 1,072,000 Ton/Year Amonia, and estimated cost  of $550 million.

·  Ven-Iran Methanol Plant, with the capacity of 1,650,000 Ton / Year, and estimated cost of $550 million.

·  Karoon Isosianat Plant, with the capacity of 40,000 Ton / Year, and estimated cost of $250 million.

As a team member, involved in the following activities:

·  Prepared appropriate work progress formats for monitoring and controlling time, cost, and scope of EPC projects.

·  Received project data and created project progress reports.

·  Visited project site regularly.

·  Analyzed schedule variances, progress trends, identified potential issues, and provided managers and project team with assistance to develop corrective and preventing actions.

·                   Creation of Central Restaurant, and Conference Room (EPC) in Phase II, STPC

·                   Installation of Film fills(EPC) for Cooling Water systems in PTA Plant-Phase II, STPC

·                   Coating of open ditches with anti-acid layer in PTA Plant-Phase II, STPC

·  Kept track of project critical path and milestones to anticipate potential problems and considered appropriate action to avoid variance on project baselines.
